How do I import contacts?
Settings → Import. Upload any CSV or XLSX. We auto-detect fields and let you map manually. Save a template if you import the same format repeatedly. Per-row error reports surface bad data without aborting the whole import.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account. Or email us at hello@campaignatlaspro.com from your account’s email. We confirm twice and finish in under 24 hours. Full details in our privacy policy.
Does offline mode work on web, or just mobile?
Both. The web app uses a service worker for the same 14-day cache. Most users prefer mobile in the field; the web app is for desk work.
How is my data backed up?
Continuous backups in our managed Postgres on Supabase. 30-day point-in-time recovery on all paid plans. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I get a demo?
Yes — for the Campaign and Statewide tiers. Email us and we’ll set something up within 48 hours. For the Local tier, the trial is the demo.
