Features

Everything your campaign needs.
Nothing your campaign doesn’t.

Campaign contacts, fundraising, call time, and operations. Compare plan limits and available tools on the pricing page.

01 · Contacts & CRM

One schema for every person on your campaign.

Voters, donors, volunteers, lobbyists, and committees in one place. Smart lists, colored tags, relationship edges (spouse-of, donor-to, works-for), full communication history, donor capacity estimates, and an outreach status that goes from New through Engaged to Do Not Contact.

02 · Donations & Fundraising

A pipeline your finance director already thinks in.

Track pledged, committed, received, deposited, and refunded records separately. Review warnings against a campaign-configured cap, donor ratings, election cycles, and fundraising goals. Configured checks support review; they do not determine legal compliance.

03 · Call time mode

A dialer the candidate actually opens.

Auto-loaded call sheets sorted by capacity or recency. Quick-log outcomes — Pledged, Voicemail, No Answer, Declined, Call Back, Wrong Number, Already Gave. Session timer. Auto-advance. End-of-session summary (“45 min · 23 calls · $12,400 pledged”) ready to paste into Slack. Pause and resume mid-session if a fire drill happens.

04 · Contact briefings

One-pager dossiers for every meeting.

Photo, donation history, relationship map, last interactions, talking points (editable by anyone on the team). Pre-event briefings export confirmed RSVPs as a single PDF packet. The candidate gets it on the way to the event; nobody is reading it on a laptop in the green room.

05 · Events & RSVP

Public RSVP portals, seating charts, day-of check-in.

Create an event, share a link or QR code, and watch RSVPs roll in. Statuses: invited, confirmed, checked-in, declined, no-show. Seating charts with table assignments. Host management. A full activity timeline. CSV export for the day-after thank-you note marathon.

06 · Volunteers

Applications, shifts, and recorded hours.

Share an email-verified volunteer application, review applicants, and assign approved volunteers to shifts with server-enforced capacity. Record work dates and hours, correct attendance with a reason, and retain the original history. Mobile and web management share the same records.

07 · Shared calendar

One calendar your whole team trusts.

Mobile day, week, and month views bring together events, volunteer shifts, open task due dates, and campaign deadlines. The web week view has date navigation. Authorized members can export a one-time .ics calendar file; it is not a subscription and will not refresh automatically. Calendar files contain the full supported calendar, independent of visible filters.

08 · Goal tracking

Goals beyond fundraising.

Voter-contact goals. New-contact goals. Volunteer recruitment. Event attendance. Outreach velocity. Org-wide or per-staffer. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly. Live thermometers on the dashboard that move the moment a record changes — no refresh required.

09 · Outreach cadences

Multi-step drip sequences with merge fields.

Auto-enroll on tag, donation, RSVP, or tag-change events. Each step generates a task with merge-field templates ({{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{last_gift_amount}}). Pause, resume, cancel, or bulk-assign across smart lists. Built so a finance director can ship a sequence without filing a ticket.

10 · Push notifications

Real-time alerts that respect your sleep.

New donation logged. Task assigned to you. Task overdue. Event RSVP threshold hit (50+). Daily morning digest of yesterday’s activity. Per-user preferences with timezone-aware quiet hours, because nobody wants a 2am pledge ping.

11 · Offline mode

Keep selected mobile work moving offline.

Previously loaded records remain available, and supported contact and donation changes can queue for retry when a connection returns. Sync status separates pending changes from failures. Some actions require a connection; device-local drafts are not a cloud backup, and full physical-device acceptance is still required before a field rollout.

12 · Geo / map view

Your universe, on the map.

A Mapbox-powered view of every contact, color-coded by outreach status. Geo clustering by city, precinct, or state. Donor density heat maps. Event location markers. Tap a cluster, drill in, and plan a canvass route in three taps.

13 · Team roles & permissions

RBAC granular enough for a real campaign.

Permissions like can_export, can_view_donations, can_delete_events, can_manage_tags, can_invite_users, and can_manage_volunteers. Custom role creation with a per-role permission matrix. The intern doesn’t need export rights and the spouse doesn’t need donor data.

14 · CSV import / export

Review contact imports before saving.

Map contact columns and choose create-only, update-only, or upsert. Review original row numbers and created, updated, skipped, or failed results. Web import accepts CSV; mobile also supports spreadsheet selection. Authorized CSV exports cover contacts, donations, and event guests. Exports are not a complete workspace backup or a filing-ready report.

15 · Multi-org workspaces

Run multiple campaigns from one account.

Switch between campaigns from one account. Each campaign has its own records, billing, team membership, and permissions. Access checks apply to the selected campaign.

17 · Team messaging

In-app messaging for the people who shouldn’t be on the campaign Slack.

Direct and group threads keep campaign conversations in the workspace. Review participants before sharing sensitive information, and follow your organization’s communication and retention policies.

18 · Activity timeline & audit log

Review recorded changes and interactions.

Campaign activity and contact timelines show recorded actions. Checked donation, briefing, event, and volunteer workflows preserve audit details, with explicit reasons for volunteer-hour and attendance corrections. This history is not a guarantee that every action or external conversation is captured.

19 · Account deletion

An explicit account-deletion path.

Account settings include a deletion request with confirmation and campaign-ownership checks. Resolve sole-owner responsibilities before removing an account. For help with access, ownership, or data requests, contact support from the account’s email address.
