What counts

What is a “contact”?

Each saved contact record counts toward your campaign’s contact limit. Review duplicates before importing. RSVP records count once a contact record is created.

Team usage includes current members and pending invitation reservations. Accepting an invitation does not consume a second seat.

At your plan limit, existing records remain available, but additional contacts or team seats cannot be added until capacity is available. Changing plans does not automatically delete or archive your data.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Start with Campaign-tier trial limits: 50,000 contacts and 15 team members. No credit card is required. Choose a paid plan to continue editing after 14 days; otherwise the campaign becomes read-only. Records are not automatically deleted.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade in-app instantly — we prorate. Downgrade at any time; the change takes effect at the end of your billing period. If you’re over the new tier’s cap, we’ll walk you through what to archive.

Do you offer non-profit, party, or PAC pricing?

Party committees and PACs running multiple races qualify for multi-org discounts. Email us for details.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is paid up front. Compared with 12 monthly payments, Local saves $48 per year, Campaign saves $168, and Statewide saves $600. The Terms provide prorated refunds for annual plans canceled mid-cycle. Contact support about refund requests; scheduling cancellation in the app does not itself issue a refund.
