Why campaigns choose us

The tools campaigns actually need, without the legacy-software tax.

Built for the field

Mobile-first by design. Cached records and queued contact and donation changes support selected mobile workflows without a connection. Sync status keeps pending changes and failures visible. The web app requires an internet connection.

Affordable at every level

From $19/month for school-board races up to statewide tiers. Compare plan limits and included tools below. No per-seat upsells, no surprise “data” fees, no five-figure onboarding.

A real CRM, not a contact list

Relationship maps, donation pipelines, compliance flagging, smart lists, outreach cadences with merge fields, and call-time mode. The data model your finance director already thinks in.

01 · Contacts & CRM

Track every contact like the relationship it is.

Voters, donors, volunteers, lobbyists, committees — one schema, with the connective tissue between them.

Smart lists & tags

Slice your universe in any direction.

Colored tags, saved smart lists, and outreach status (New → Attempted → Contacted → Engaged → Do Not Contact). Filter by donation history, capacity, geography, or any tag combination. The list updates as your data does.

  • Pipe-, comma-, or semicolon-separated tag parsing
  • Relationship edges: spouse-of, donor-to, works-for
  • Donor capacity estimates and donor ratings
  • Per-contact communication history across the team

Call time mode

The dialer your finance director wants you using.

Auto-loaded call sheets sorted by capacity or recency. Quick-log outcomes, session timer, auto-advance, and an end-of-session summary you can paste into Slack. Get interrupted? Resume right where you left off.

  • Outcomes: Pledged · Voicemail · No Answer · Declined · Call Back · Wrong Number · Already Gave
  • Pre-filled scripts and per-contact talking points
  • Live session totals: minutes, calls, $ pledged

02 · Fundraising & Compliance

Track contributions and review the records behind them.

A real pipeline, real compliance flagging, and the goal tracking that keeps your team aligned.

Donation pipeline

Pledged → Committed → Received → Deposited.

Track received gifts separately from pledges and refunds. Review contribution warnings against your campaign’s configured cap, with exact amounts and election-cycle records. Configured checks are not legal approval; confirm applicable limits with your treasurer or counsel.

  • Live goal thermometers on the dashboard
  • Donation CSV exports and campaign activity history
  • Refund and reattribution workflows

Frequently asked

Questions, answered straight.

What counts as a “contact” in my plan?
A contact is any unique person or entity in your CRM — voter, donor, volunteer, lobbyist, committee. Soft-deleted records don’t count. RSVPs from a public form count once they’re saved as contacts; one-tap collection at an event doesn’t count until you confirm.
Do you charge per seat or per contact above the cap?
No surprise fees. If you bump up against either cap mid-cycle, we’ll prompt you to upgrade. You can downgrade after the election. Statewide tier and beyond is custom-priced for federal and gubernatorial campaigns.
Is my data exportable if I leave?
Authorized members can export contacts, donation records, and event guest lists as CSV, subject to campaign permissions and export settings. Calendar items have a one-time .ics export. These are record exports, not a complete workspace backup.
Does the offline mode actually work?
Selected mobile contact and donation workflows can queue changes and retry after reconnecting. Sync status shows pending and failed changes. Not every action works offline: exports, team administration, public forms, and the web app need a connection. Validate your team’s field workflow before relying on it without service.
Can the candidate’s spouse just see the calendar?
Campaign members can have different permissions, including restrictions on financial records and exports. An authorized member can share a one-time .ics calendar file. There is no public subscription feed, and downloaded copies cannot be remotely revoked.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Pick a plan or your account moves to read-only. Nothing is deleted, nothing is sold. You can come back at any time and pick up where you left off.
Can I run multiple campaigns from one account?
Yes. Each org has its own data, branding, billing, and team. Switch in one tap. Common for consulting shops and party committees managing multiple races at once.
